Rosehill cottage apartments have been created as a place that feels like a home away from home.

Extensive facilities include:

A laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier for the shared use of all apartment occupants.

Disabled access to some apartments (please ask for details).

A licensed on-site bar with outdoor terrace and benches (also open to non-residents).

All the apartments have terraces with garden furniture and barbeques.

Power and heat: gas and electricity are included in the rent (except electricity for washing machine and tumble drier which is paid for by £1 coin meter)

Bedding, linen and towels are provided

Baby equipment: there are two cots and a high chair available for use between the six apartments - please order in advance.

There is a large car park shared by all apartments.

Additional Information:

Well- behaved dogs are welcome (a £100.00 cautionary deposit is required).

Changeover day is Saturday. You can arrive after 3pm and must depart by 10am.

No smoking indoors

The nearest payphone is 30 yards away, the nearest shop 2 miles and the nearest public transport 200 yards.
